My 20-month-old niece loved the special gift basket Tina designed! Tina and I talked through some ideas and she put it together! My niece loved the basket. The picture of her happy face when she was playing with the balloons attached to the basket said it all. She is still enjoying the soft kitty she discovered inside the basket.
